1. General Conditions
Spot On DTF reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or services without written permission.
We make every effort to ensure all information on our site is accurate and current. However, we are not responsible if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
2. Products & Services
Spot On DTF provides custom-printed, embroidered, and blank apparel, uniforms, and accessories.
All prices are listed in **Australian Dollars (AUD)** and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without liability.
3. Custom Orders & Artwork
All custom-printed and embroidered products are made to order.
By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that:
* You own or have permission to use the design.
* You grant Spot On DTF permission to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We may refuse to print any design that is offensive, trademarked, or violates copyright or intellectual property laws.
4. Accuracy of Order Information
The customer is responsible for carefully checking and approving all order details before production, including:
Garment style and brand
Garment colour
Sizes and quantities
Logo and artwork
Logo placement
Print or embroidery colours
Spelling, names and numbers
Any other specifications shown on the approved quotation, artwork or mock-up
Once an order or artwork has been approved for production, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved specifications.
Spot On DTF will not be responsible for errors that were contained in customer-approved artwork, specifications or order details.
Please review your order carefully before final confirmation.
5. Pricing & Payment
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Spot On DTF, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Payment Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all uniform, workwear, custom apparel, printing, embroidery and related orders supplied by Spot On DTF.
An order is considered accepted and confirmed once the customer has approved the order details and paid the required deposit.
2. Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required before production of any order can commence.
The deposit confirms the customer's commitment to the order and allows Spot On DTF to purchase garments, materials and allocate production time.
Spot On DTF is not required to commence production, order stock or purchase materials until the deposit has been received.
3. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the order and before delivery or collection.
Completed goods will not be released, delivered or made available for collection until the account has been paid in full.
Spot On DTF reserves the right to retain completed goods until all outstanding amounts have been received.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post or trusted courier partners.
Processing times are generally **7–15 business days**, with additional time for delivery depending on location.

Spot On DTF is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or natural events.
7. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photos, logos, and text on this website are the property of Spot On DTF unless otherwise noted.
You may not use our branding, content, or images without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Spot On DTF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, as permitted by Australian law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
