At Spot On DTF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Custom Orders
All custom printed, embroidered or personalised items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size, or design error once production has begun.
Please check all artwork/logo, garment selections, and sizes carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at spotonvic@yahoo.com.au with your order number and clear photos.
We'll inspect the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement, credit or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Consumer Guarantee
Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
